At the published draw time the winner is picked automatically by a cryptographically secure random number generator — the same grade of randomness that protects online banking. Every valid ticket has an equal chance of winning, whether it was paid for or entered free by post.

We email the winner as soon as the draw completes, and the winning ticket number appears live on the competition page. You can check your results any time in your account dashboard, and every winner is published on our Winners page.

Yes. Every competition has a maximum number of tickets per person, shown clearly on the competition page. It keeps things fair and gives everyone a real chance of winning.

Yes. Daily Comps runs every competition under UK competition law, with a free postal entry route and a guaranteed draw date for each one. Every draw is recorded in an audit trail, and the winning ticket number is published on the competition page and on our Winners page.

Tickets can't be refunded once you've bought them, as set out in our terms and conditions — so please check your order before you complete checkout. If we ever have to cancel a competition, every entry is refunded in full.

Once you've won we'll contact you to arrange delivery or collection, and you can follow the progress in your account dashboard. Most prizes are with their winner within 14 working days. Please claim your prize within 30 days of us notifying you.

Yes. A free account lets us confirm you're 18 or over and living in the UK, contact you if you win, and keep all your entries together in one dashboard. You can sign up with your email address or with Google.
