Your level depends on how many different competitions you have entered. The higher your level, the more credits you earn for every full £20 you pay for entries.
Spend credits on competition entries at checkout or on an Instant Win play. Credits are never cash: they can't be withdrawn, sold or transferred.
Credits are earned on what you pay by card for entries, per full £20 in a single order. The part of an order paid with credits doesn't earn more credits.

An optional monthly membership that enters you automatically: a ticket in every competition your plan covers, issued as each one opens, plus a Rewards Club level boost (Silver or Gold) while you're a member. Instant Win games are not included, and every competition can still be entered on its own or free by post.

Your level depends on how many different competitions you have entered yourself: Silver from 10 and Gold from 25. Tickets included with a Members Club membership don't count towards your level.
Credits do not currently expire. If you delete your account, any credits in it are cancelled.
